Jennifer O'Sullivan: Jennifer deeply believes in the power of yoga and meditation to nurture the human spirit and promote radical and meaningful change in our lives and in our society. She views the work we do on our mats and cushions as “lab time” where we practice the methods that help us show up in the world with a more open heart. With a potent blend of ancient wisdom teachings and contemporary spiritual psychology, Jennifer's mission is to help others cultivate the inner resources of resilience, courage, and genuine happiness.
Jennifer has been teaching in the Washington, DC area for nearly 15 years. Along the way, she's had the great privilege to study with exemplary yoga teachers from a number of disciplines but her biggest influences are Don and Amba Stapleton of Nosara Yoga Institute and Sarah Powers’ Insight Yoga approach to Yin Yoga, Buddhism, Taoism, and Spiritual Psychology. Stacy Seebart: Stacy is an experienced yoga teacher, massage therapist, and educator. Stacy is the former director of Blooma’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training.
Stacy's yoga is heart centered, grounded and transformative. She also brings the experience of her healing journey as a cancer survivor and how yoga helped her through that process. Get to know Stacy and her work.
